All packages are edited with the utmost professionalism and use titles, transitions and effects to give you a superior finished product. We capture our footage with a 3CCD digital broadcast camera with an output of more than 1 million mega pixels to give you true professional quality. We use a wireless lapel microphone at the ceremony for sound quality, and we are unobtrusive. All Packages can be customized to your liking with specific add on packages.

Need a wedding favor? How does a CD with your picture on it that includes more than an hour of the music of your choice sound? $3.50 for each CD. Minimum order 40 CDs.

When We Were Kids Photo montage (25 pictures) - $75
Your favorite pictures of you growing up set to the music of your choice. Great for an introduction to the video.
Honeymoon Montage (25 pictures) - $75
Your favorite honeymoon pictures set to the music of your choice. Great for an ending to your wedding video.
Bridal Preparation Coverage - $250
We will capture the bride and her bridesmaids preparing for the big day. This footage will be edited, and set in slow motion to the music of your choice.
Honeymoon Video ($75 hr for editing/ 1st hour is free)
Bring back great footage of your honeymoon on your digital camcorder, and we will edit it to your liking and transfer it to DVD. Remember the better you shoot, the better the finished product.
Special Thank You or Rolling Credits - $75
Great for thanking family and friends, and listing the wedding party on the big screen. It’s a nice touch if you’re purchasing extra DVDs for the wedding party.
Special Thank You Video Shout Out - $150
As the name implies, this is a special thank you from the new couple to the friends and family who shared in their special day.
2nd camera Manned at the Reception - $500
Capture The Moment, A Love Story - $295
A special interview with the bride and groom. Tell the whole story of how you met, and when you knew you had met the one.
Capture The Moment, A Love Story II - $595
It’s the original love story with additional interviews with the parents of the bride and groom, siblings, the best man, and the maid of honor.
Additional DVD copies $20 ea

All bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract for services.

All monies owed will be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to the event.

All services are subject to a 7% RI state sales tax.

All raw footage remains the property of Capture the Moment Video Service Inc.

Copies of this footage will be subject to a $30 charge for each hour of footage shot.

Example: 8 hours of wedding coverage would cost $240. That’s four 2 hour DVDs.
